Comparison

Blissa, a Planity alternative: the comparison

Both fill a calendar online, and neither takes a commission on appointments. The difference lies in the channel (a website in your name versus a booking marketplace), in the brand the client remembers, and in price: public at Blissa, by quote at Planity, and two to three times cheaper for a comparable plan.

Updated on October 2, 2026

An informational comparison, data observed on October 2, 2026. Planity doesn’t publish its prices (by quote): the Planity amounts on this page are those reported by an independent comparison site, La Caisse Idéale, in an article updated on September 15, 2026, to be checked against your quote. Blissa displays its prices publicly. The dated sources are at the bottom of the page.

In short

  • The channel. With Blissa, the client books on the salon’s website, under its name. With Planity, she books on the Planity booking marketplace.
  • The price. Blissa: from €24.90 to €59.90 excl. VAT per month, public pricing. Planity: by quote, from €74 to €114 excl. VAT per month according to the reported amounts.
  • The commission. None, with either one.

Two different approaches

Planity is a consumer booking marketplace (website and app) combined with management software: the client books from the marketplace, and the professional runs their calendar there. Blissa starts from the other end: a website in your name, on your own domain name, with direct booking from the website and from your Google Business Profile. Each model has its own logic: the marketplace brings the audience of its brand, the website builds yours.

The point-by-point comparison

Result: two fundamental differences (the booking channel and the brand shown), a Google Book button that doesn’t lead to the same place, a price difference (two to three times, depending on the plan, according to the reported amounts), and no difference on commission.

What Planity offers

According to its public offer:

  • A consumer booking marketplace and a mobile app.
  • Appointment booking from that marketplace, with no commission.
  • Calendar software, then the NF525-certified POS (NF525 is the French certification for POS software) and gift cards depending on the plan.
  • A website as an option, by quote.

What Blissa does differently

  • The website is the starting point, not an option: in your name, on your domain, structured for Google and for AI assistants, included in every plan.
  • Booking happens on your website and your Google Business Profile, not on a marketplace: Google’s Book button leads to you, whereas Planity’s leads to your Planity page.
  • Public pricing, no commitment: €24.90, €39.90 or €59.90 excl. VAT per month.
  • The relationship and your clients’ data stay with you.
  • A website kept up to date by the AI, which you edit by talking to it.

What happens when your salon is fully booked or closed?

A booking marketplace lists the salons of a neighborhood on the same website: that’s how it works. The client who came for you therefore has the other salons right in front of her, on the same page. On the day you’re fully booked or closed, she’s one click away from another salon.

On your own website, there’s only you. Fully booked means “next available slot,” closed means “when we reopen.” The client waits or picks another time with you; nobody steps in to suggest a neighbor.

That’s the difference between rented visibility and owned visibility: a marketplace fills every salon on its list, your website only fills yours.

How this comparison was put together

The features were observed on the public pages of both services on October 2, 2026, and the sources are dated at the bottom of the page. Blissa’s prices are public, and the full pricing is on our pricing page. Planity’s prices are not published: the amounts cited (€74, €94 and €114 excl. VAT per month) are those reported by La Caisse Idéale in an article updated on September 15, 2026, quoted as is. The “two to three times” ratio is calculated for comparable plans: Agenda versus Site (3.0), Agenda + Caisse versus Pro (2.4), the full plan versus Premium (1.9, rounded to two). For an exact price, ask Planity for a quote. If any information on this page seems inaccurate or out of date to you, write to us and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Planity take a commission on appointments?

No. Its Pricing page states “no commission on your appointments, and no installation or maintenance fees” (observed on October 2, 2026). Neither does Blissa: you pay a subscription, and nothing is taken from your bookings. The difference between the two isn’t the commission, it’s the channel and price transparency.

Can I keep booking from my Google Business Profile?

Yes. Blissa is a Reserve with Google partner: the Book button stays on your Google Business Profile, and appointments come in on your website, under your name.

Will I lose visibility by leaving a booking marketplace?

Visibility gets rebuilt, it doesn’t transfer overnight. Blissa builds a website in your name, structured for Google and for AI assistants, and pairs it with your Google Business Profile; allow a few weeks before local searches bring you clients directly.

How much does Planity cost compared to Blissa?

Planity doesn’t publish its prices: its Pricing page names three plans without amounts and points to a quote request (observed on October 2, 2026). An independent comparison site reported €74, €94 and €114 excl. VAT per month depending on the plan (La Caisse Idéale, updated on September 15, 2026). Blissa displays its pricing publicly, €24.90, €39.90 and €59.90 excl. VAT per month: for a comparable plan, two to three times cheaper.

Does Google’s Book button lead to the same place?

No. With Planity, the Book button on your Google Business Profile redirects the client to your Planity page (Planity help, March 30, 2026). With Blissa, it leads to your website, under your name, and the appointment lands in your calendar.

Can I keep Planity alongside at first?

Yes, nothing forces you to cut everything off at once. You can keep your booking marketplace while you find your footing, then gradually move your bookings to your own website. Blissa has no commitment.

What our clients say

I have used the software for over six years without any problems. It is simple, smooth and, above all, much cheaper. If you are still hesitating, don’t.
Nails Lb Nail salon, client for over six years
I was able to compare it with another very well-known service: much more expensive and no better. The very complete software is easy to use, and the onboarding help is excellent.
Marie T. Client for over five years
Excellent management software at a very reasonable price, and the team is great and attentive.
