What is free?

Creating your website: it is generated and you see the whole thing before you decide. Your subscription only starts when you publish it on your own domain name.

Is there a commitment?

None with monthly billing: you stop whenever you want, and your domain name belongs to you. Annual billing is prepaid for 12 months, which is what makes the 2 free months possible. Prices exclude VAT.

Why are prices shown with annual billing?

The prices shown by default are monthly prices with an annual commitment: the subscription is prepaid for 12 months, with 2 months free. Pro thus comes to €33.25 excl. VAT per month, or €399 excl. VAT for the year, instead of €39.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment. The Monthly / Annual switch above the grid shows one or the other.

What’s the difference between Pro and Premium?

Pro brings together what you need to run the salon: the NF525-certified POS, SMS reminders, loyalty, packages and stock. Premium adds online sales on your website: gift cards, a product e-shop with Click & Collect, and a card hold or deposit requested at booking against missed appointments.

Are SMS messages included?

Yes: from the Pro plan, 300 SMS per month cover your appointment reminders, to France and its overseas departments. Beyond that, and for SMS campaigns, each SMS costs €0.08 excl. VAT.

How much does an additional calendar cost?

From the Pro plan, one calendar is included, then each additional calendar costs €9.90 excl. VAT per month.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Bookings made on your website and from your Google Business Profile are commission-free, whatever the plan.

Can I change plans along the way?

Yes. You move up or down a tier at any time, as your business needs change.
