Stock with a barcode scanner
When a delivery arrives, each scan counts one unit, or you type the quantity for the whole box. A broken product or one used in the treatment room leaves through a stock exit, scanned too, with its reason. At checkout, a scan adds it to the receipt and the payment deducts it from stock. An unknown code is created on the spot, and every movement is logged. No scanner? Your tablet or phone camera does the job.
Ready for 2027 e-reporting
A salon sells to individuals: you have no electronic invoices to issue to your clients. Your obligation is e-reporting, sending the detail of your sales to the tax authorities, mandatory from September 2027. The Blissa POS will be ready to handle it, with no data entry on your part.

Is a certified POS mandatory?
If you take payments from individual customers with POS software, French law requires that software to meet conditions of data inalterability, security, retention and archiving (article 88 of law 2015-1785). The Blissa POS is NF525-certified.
Does e-invoicing apply to me?
A salon sells to individuals: you don’t issue electronic invoices to your clients. Your only obligation is e-reporting, declaring the detail of your sales to the tax authorities, from September 1, 2027 for very small, small and medium businesses. The Blissa POS will be ready to transmit it through an approved platform (PDP). Receiving your suppliers’ invoices goes through your accountant or your bank, not through the POS.

Which plan includes the POS?
The Pro plan, with SMS reminders (300 included), loyalty, packages, stock and multiple calendars. The website and online booking are included from the Site plan.
Can I scan my products with a barcode scanner?
Yes. Each scan adds one unit to stock when a delivery arrives, or you type the quantity for a full box. A broken product or one used during a treatment leaves stock the same way, with its reason. Which barcode scanner do I need?
Any standard USB or Bluetooth scanner that works like a keyboard: nothing to install. No scanner? The camera of your tablet, phone or computer reads the barcode too. A beep confirms each scan.
